Triumph Martial Arts has been building confident families in Urbandale and Pella for over 22 years. We provide high-quality martial arts training for kids and adults through our professional affiliations with ATA Martial Arts, Krav Maga Federation-AC, and Carlos Machado Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. We also offer expert self-defense programs for corporations, community groups, and individuals through our Think SAFE Self-Defense division.

Description

Two Rivers Martial Arts (est. 1998) is a 501(c)3 organization run entirely by volunteers. We specialize in teaching traditional taekwondo to ages 5 through adult. Classes are offered at the following locations: South DSM, Carlisle, Clive, Indianola, Waukee, and Winterset. Whether you hope to get in shape, learn self-defense, gain flexibility, learn self-control, or gain confidence, we can help! Try a few classes with no obligation anytime!
