Discover Granny's Sweet Freeze on the east side of Des Moines! We are a family-owned business in our 43rd season and 3rd generation of owners. We have delicious soft serve and our one-of-a-kind flavor of the week. We offer a wide variety of arctic swirls, shaved ice, slushies, sundaes, malts and shakes. We are open 7 days a week, March through September. We would love for you and your family to come visit us.

What started as a shared dream has grown into two welcoming locations in Waukee and West Des Moines with our third spot opening late this summer on Ingersoll Avenue!
